I am so real concern how the consultant in head office work cause is now four weeks i have reported that i have lost my starter-pack(0829748181) and i am still waiting for the letter to go to vodacom to get another starter pack but now these should be a big deal and i am working so i will not do one thing again and again i even think to stop the debit order cause i pay every week for the service but nothing i get in return.
Can u please help me to resolve this issue.
